Environmental and Cultural Hiring Opportunity (ECHO) Program

Conservation Corps Newfoundland and Labrador’s ECHO Program builds strong connections between youth and local organizations, communities, and municipalities by providing students (ages 15-30) with training and employment opportunities through paid work placements with community-based organizations.

Each ECHO project placement must have an environmental or cultural focus. Each project must provide a direct or indirect benefit to the community in which it takes place, be completed using the resources at hand, and provide meaningful work and learning experiences to the students.

The 2017 application deadline (Friday, January 13th, 2017) has now passed. The applications received are currently under review.
